Storyline:

 

    In August 10 of the year 2010 the Holy empire of Brittania began its conquest in Japan. Under Britannian rule, all Japanese citizen have been subjected to a cruel and oppressive foreign rule and all their rights and identity was taken away. Japan is now called "Area 11" and it's citizen are called Elevens. Eleven are living desperately while Brittanians live comfortably. A group of japanese resistance move forward to take down the Holy empire of Brittania to have its indepence.

    The story revolves around Lelouch Vi Brittania a typical high school student in Ashford Academy. A few had known that he is an exiled prince and the seventeenth in line to the throne. His mother was murdered and his sister became crippled and due to shock, she cannot open her eyes. He had developed great hatred for his father Charles Vi Britannia and the entire imperial establishment for not protecting them. He had swear to take vengeance on his father and his empire. One day he was caught in a terrorist attack by Japanese resistant group, He had met C.C who have granted him the power of Geass, the Power of Kings. His ability is to force anyone according to his command. With this ability he begins his battle against the Holy Britannian Empire.

Story:

 

    What I really like about this anime is how complex it is made. Every battle is exciting, I like the decision making and strategy on how to win a fight. How he destroy his enemies according to his plan and bringing his winning battle like miracles. It has complete elements like love, hatred, betrayal, friendship and trust. The series is purely amazing and it has crazy military strategies. The constant twisting of the storyline will make you crave for more and it will leave you puzzled and amazed.   

Art and Animation:

 

    The character design were created by CLAMP (クランプ). It is solid and well done. The colors are lively and the animation is great and is quite detailed. The fight scenes are cool but not too flashy. The animation is fluid and smooth. It has interesting background and design. Susaku's white nightware is awesome and Kallen's nightmare is incredible. 

Sound:

 

    The voice acting was great and awesome. It has amazing opening and ending, I like  Kaidoku Funou (解読不能) because it rocks. Innocent days by Hitomi is very relaxing. I also love the voice delivery of Zero it is a perfect fit. There is nothing to complain to the music because it's great.

   

Enjoyment:

 

    Code Geass is a great enjoyable experience. It is quite psychological and it's wild ride was so intense. I am always amuzed by the strategies that gave the Japanese most of it's victories. The knightmare fights were totally awesome especially when Suzaku and Kallen starts to fight. I also enjoyed this because of it's highly intelligent battles. It will also give you the greatest cliffhanger. :)

   

Overall: 

 

    Code Geass is a great anime show and it is very entertaining. The fights and soundtrack were awesome. The strategic battles were well-made, the character design was gorgeous and is very appealing. What makes this a great anime is it's crazy plot. I wholeheartedly recommend this anime.
